• Black/African American, Latin@, Asian, Middle Eastern, Indian, Bi/Multicultural and other professionals who proudly identify with their ethnic/cultural roots as underrepresented ethnic minorities in the U.S.A. and our allies.
• Easy going, fun and free-spirited, dependable and reliable with open minds and good senses of humor
• Spontaneous and understand that the pace and ways in other countries can be very different – folks who can go with the flow when needed.
• Prefer to travel responsibly, respectfully and mindfully.
• More interested in experiencing new and exciting things rather than staying at a fancy resort, including but not limited to:
  • Interacting with locals
  • Being out and about
  • Staying in modest accommodations so we can do more outside the room/hotel/resort
